Exploring the island of Oléron
An island off the Atlantic coast, it offers a wide variety of cultural attractions. You can admire the colourful fishermen's huts, explore the oyster beds and discover that climbing the steps of the Chassiron lighthouse is no easy feat! There are many wonderful things to discover on the Île d'Oléron. Perhaps you'll even get to taste some oysters...
And for Fort Boyard, departures are available from St Denis d'Oléron in particular.
Don't hesitate to opt for guided tours, which are always very enriching.
